1. Fill out the form below and submit it. This will notify us of your order.
2. Upload the artwork and the disc contents using the following link:

3. Download the Replication Rights Form by clicking here (RRF form).
Have your customer fill it out and email it to sales@trainrec.com.
4. To confirm your order, please email the Fedex Purchase Order to sales@trainrec.com.
